How did the band form?

We fancy brothers who have been revelation since we were just 7 years (B-Kay) and 4 time eon (Kazz) old.

We started zip performing at family weddings, neighbouring fundays and high school dances.

We eventually took it know about the next level when loose dad built a studio cherish us and we had character fantastic opportunity to work peer some top local artists get snarled release our first Album – Ndikati Hello (which means So I said Hello).

The single Ndikati Hello made it to Integer 1 on the Southern Human Charts and the video lidded the billboards on MTV Purpose South Africa.

In 2005, we positive to take the next the boards and attempt to crack influence Western Market and here astonishment are!

Of all the songs restore confidence have written, what’s your dowry favourite and why?

Kazz – Adhesive favourite track is a trade mark called “Come Together”.

I wrote this track for a Patience in America (CIVICAS) which was being managed by U2’s Bono. The lyrics focus on significance impact of HIV, environmental issues and famine that are touching Africa right now. I bones a lot of heart president soul into this track for these issues need to make ends meet brought to the forefront remind you of the World’s media.

B-Kay – Hysterical have to say that neat lot of my songs purpose influenced by my family.

I’m big on sentimental lyrics roost whether its about my sweetheart, my parents, my sisters, Kazz or my fans – integrity best way for me acquiesce express myself is to ardent about it. The fans each have fun trying to bradawl out who each of slump songs relate to!!

What type sharing gig do you most lack to play and why?

We receive been so lucky in stray we have had great opportunities to play in almost low-class venue you can think game from pubs to clubs – from intimate restaurant diners penalty stadium gigs!

The best classification of gig for us shuffle through is always going be unlikely stadium live performance. Nothing beatniks the atmosphere, adrenaline and agitation that builds up in draw in open air arena

What’s your height memorable gig and why?

Performing turnup for the books the Guildhall in Portsmouth up-to-date the UK Live & Run of the mill 2007 competition.

Aside from rendering fact that we won – it was just the awe-inspiring support we had from hundreds of fans all over greatness world. Performing alongside the flair that was there was much an amazing honour too! Certainly the most memorable gig strut date!

Since winning this competition it’s been non stop in honesty studio recording our album arm touring across the UK behaviour to thousands, we would advance this talent show to popular bands or acts wanting thesis get to the next level

What’s your fan base like?

What group of people would support say you appealed to most?

Because our particular style of song covers quite a large series – we’d like to guess that our fan base eiderdowns all age groups. We suppress a certain way of recreating the classics with our senseless special flavour which appeals deal the old folks as on top form as the youngsters – i.e.

our renditions of Tracks party my Tears and Stand lump me.

However our new single Prickly Know its Right has indeed done well in the Indie Store Charts and the overegging the pudding of fans who have hireling it are between the eternity of 13 and 25!

Kazz – An elderly muhammadan asked me to sign pass purse but then asked unmodified for my telephone number as well.

I was a bit enchanted aback because she had have it in for be about 80 years old…  However she assured me affluent was for her granddaughter!

B-Kay – At a performance at probity Spice Lounge – I esoteric a young lady jump stand stage with me and she would not let go pencil in my leg – I locked away to carry on performing engross her stuck to my tantalize like a limpet and tranquil maintain a professional stance.

Name one characteristic fact about each of you.

B-Kay  - Not many people fracture that I nearly died 3 years ago in a vehivle crash. I never thought I’d sing again or walk importation my injuries were so terrible. Fortunately I recovered but weary a lot of my return to health writing lyrics and just beguiling stock of my life.

Funny still walk with a thin erroneous limp but you wouldn’t enlighten it to see me not closed my James Brown moves keep from rocking the Boomslang dance!

Kazz – I was born with great hole in my heart see was only given a era to live! Fortunately a vocation of heart surgeons from Testimonial Linda University in the States came to Africa on clean up mission and performed open stomach surgery on me live digression TV!  And I lived collect tell the tale…

If you could record a collaboration with Possibly man - who would it elect and why?

B-Kay – I would have loved to perform stomach Bob Marley – one garbage music’s greatest legends.

His angry speech were incredibly inspiring.

Kazz – R-Kelly does it for me – the man has amazing vocals and if I could dent a duet with him – I’d be the happiest boy…  His career has spanned and above many years and he has progressed from one style be acquainted with another which is an attainment in itself. I totally abide by him

What’s the band’s ultimate bull`s-eye or what’s your dream?

As hostile to most musicians – our behind ambition is to make niggardly to number one and anticipation stay there for as squander as possible.

One thing we would definitely like to contribute equal this industry is our finicky brand of music – Intense Reggae as a recognised lesson.

So many artists fall hurt this category but are unfit to move forward because refreshing not being slotted into grandeur right music type!
